How to Get Your New Fridge
Congratulations! As a past participant in the Xcel Energy Home Energy Services program, you are eligible to receive a free or discounted ENERGY STAR® refrigerator from Xcel Energy. Our standard model is available at no cost to you, if you choose to upgrade to our Plus or Premium models, we are able to offer them to you at a significant discount below retail pricing.
- Please make sure you fulfill all eligibility requirements listed below, then enter your Xcel Energy account information at right.
- Next, you'll select your preferred model. Please closely review appliance dimensions before ordering to ensure that the fridge will fit in the space you have available.
- If you've selected the Plus or Premium model, you will be asked to remit the balance due via PayPal. Please note, you do not need to have a PayPal account to complete the transaction, you can pay via credit card.
- The costs listed on the letter and website for the Plus and Premium models do not include tax. Tax due will be calculated upon purchase.

- Once your payment has been received, a representative will reach out to you to schedule delivery and installation.

To be eligible for this program, you must:
- Be an Xcel Energy residential electric customer in New Mexico
- Have participated in the Xcel Energy Home Energy Services program
- Own the refrigerator that is to be replaced. Your refrigerator must be an operational, primary, 10-30 cubic foot refrigerator located at the residential address listed on your billing account ("operational" is defined as being capable of cooling/making ice)

Please enter the number - digits only - of the street
address listed on your residential account
(ex. an individual residing on 3021 Oak Street
would enter 3021) and the account holder's
last name as it appears on your invitation letter.
