We have resumed standard in-home refrigerator and freezer pickups, however no-contact pickups are available by request. If you prefer a no-contact pickup we will collect the appliance from outside of your home (garage, patio, or porch). If you would like to proceed with a no-contact pickup, please print and sign the release form.

How to Participate

  • $35 rebate check per qualifying refrigerator and/or freezer*
  • Applicant must be a Turlock Irrigation District Residential Customer
  • Applicant must own the appliance
  • Refrigerators and freezers must be regular household size (10-30 cubic feet)
  • Appliance must be in working (cooling) order, empty, clean and plugged in at the time of pickup
  • Appliance will be picked up at no charge from your Turlock Irrigation District billing account address
  • Two units maximum per household per calendar year
  • Rebate check will be mailed within six weeks after appliance pick up
