Recycle up to three (3) standalone, working window AC units without having to recycle a refrigerator or freezer. Place an order between June 1 and September 30, 2023 and have your appliance collected by October 31, 2023. All other program terms and conditions apply.
How to participate
LADWP is providing a $60 rebate per qualifying refrigerators and freezers and $25 for AC's, to its residential electric customers who recycle their old, inefficient refrigerator/freezer.
To be eligible, you must be an LADWP residential electric customer. The refrigerator must be in working order and be a regular household size of 10 - 32 cubic feet to qualify. There is a two unit limit per calendar year.
LADWP customers will receive their rebate at their registered LADWP mailing address within 4-6 weeks of having their appliance(s) picked-up. Rebates for all recycled appliances are automatically processed, customers are not required to submit a separate application.
