Appliance pickups are available May 1 - September 30.
If you prefer a no-contact pickup, we'll collect the appliance from outside your home (garage, patio, porch, etc.). If you'd like to proceed with a no-contact pickup, please print and sign our release form.
To qualify, you must own the refrigerator or freezer (it must be picked up at a location listed on the billing account).

* Miniature and commercially sized refrigerators and freezers do not qualify. Freezers must be standalone units. Otter Tail Power Company reserves the right to revise program requirements and incentive levels at any time. Rebates are subject to availability.
